About Bec

Bec Morrison's passion for enhancing lives through yoga is evident in her teaching. After the birth of her first son, she became deeply committed to the practice for its ability to foster inner calm and promote postnatal healing. Inspired by the tradition of T. Krishnamacharya, whose teachings emphasize respecting each individual's unique journey, Bec embarked on a two-year Yoga Teacher Training program.

Bec enthusiastically shares her teachings with students along the mesmerizing coastline of the Southern Mornington Peninsula. Our venues at Safety Beach Sailing Club and Rye Yacht Club provide the perfect backdrop for practicing yoga and immersing oneself in nature's beauty.
