Meet Sean, the driving force behind Holistika. His overseas travels and immersion in different cultures ignited a deep desire to learn and connect. In 2019, yoga entered his path while living in the mountains of Galicia, Spain. The practice became his vessel for self-exploration and the gateway to studying Vinyasa yoga in San Cristobal, Mexico. Traveling through India, where yoga originated, further enriched his understanding and interpretation of this profound ancient tradition.

Today, Sean aims to create an inclusive and supportive space where individuals can fully express themselves and embrace their true essence. Holistika Yoga Studio is a sanctuary for those seeking to learn more about themselves and their connection to others.
