Enjoy our trauma-sensitive environment that caters to the needs of women and LGBTIQ+ individuals. We understand that each person's yoga journey is unique, and our aim is to ensure that EVERY BODY feels safe and supported in the practice that suits them.

Currently, all our classes are conducted online, allowing you to join from the comfort of your own home. However, as soon as we're able, we will be offering in-person classes at our studio located at 1016/60 Siddeley St.
