Welcome to Om Som Yoga & Ayurveda, owned and operated by Aaron Petty and Paige Taylah. Aaron is a dedicated yoga teacher, therapist, and teacher trainer, while Paige is a passionate yoga teacher, ayurvedic health consultant, and advocate for sustainable living.

How It All Began

Aaron shares his personal journey: "Before I took my yoga practice seriously, I was filled with anxiety, overweight, and injured. Yoga and following an ayurvedic diet and lifestyle gradually brought me back to true health and happiness. Five years ago, I opened Om Som with a vision of creating a community, offering high-quality yoga, and providing a space filled with plants and tea."

Paige adds her story: "Yoga seemed to find me at a young age, and I fully committed myself to practicing yoga and embracing the holistic lifestyle it entails. My search for holistic medicine led me to Ayurveda, and now I'm thrilled to create Om Som as a space to nurture and support the local community in living healthier lives."

Our daily classes are based on traditional tantric hatha yoga and offer four different styles. You have the opportunity to customize your practice, making it a perfect fit for your lifestyle:
